If it was my decision he would have had the location beaten out of him and very shortly after he would have been hung which he escaped by four weeks
It has cost over 10 million pound too keep that piece of shit in a high security wing I'm sure that money could have been spent better else where.

I was listening that they were holding back his ashes as there might be his last wishes to be scattered on the moors where his victims laid, and if it is the case then they wouldnt be released.

Mix his ashes with cement and use it for repairs on the prison he was held in. He hated it there and he would then be there for a hell of a long.
