oh my god i'm sorry, i thought you hadn't skidded on your face for a meter and i see now i was wrong, it must have been 20-25 meters...there are many surgeons out there that can probably put your face back to something a little less frightening and while i'm not so uncaring that i would point your malady out in a crowd i do think you should wear some sort of mask to prevent impressionable young people from a lifetime of nightmares if they were to catch a glimpse of your condition...

i am glad to see that you can still smile, sometimes all we have left after such a debilitating accident is our ability to look at adversity (and grotesque physical features) and laugh...i'm sure your parents still love you and have explained to all who will listen what a nice looking young man you had been before the accident...

my sincere sympathy to you and yours...zing the caring...

ps...i was made aware of this condition myself at birth, instead of giving me a gentle slap on the bottom to awaken me and get me breathing the doctor beat me with a stick...they brought in a catholic priest to exorcise me, he left the ministry to become a palm reader in las vegas and died a devout atheist...zp...

Yes, Paul. There and back from my house is 15 miles. Then I add 1 or 2 or usually 3 circuits of the lake ... at 5 miles a circuit.

ps...raj, you bear a strong resemblance to my son...he's 43 years old and a fine fellow...lives in florida and by his own admission will never face another michigan winter even though his summers are absolutely brutal with hot and humid...zp...
