Once had a fellow on the job ask me to remove his staples. He had 8 in the back of his head from being hit with a baseball bat. I took a pair of aviation tin snips and cut the things in half, then picked out the pieces with some old tweezers. I lost the last one as it popped inside the skin when I cut it. I told him to have his woman friend dig it out because there was some blood and I certainly didn't want to come in contact his his questionable blood.
