Just saved a small fortune

Hi all
Just booked a holiday to cala bona, majorca flying from glasgow on good friday. If I had booked from newcastle it would have been £300 pound each extra, and if flying from manchester it would have been £142 each extra. It takes 30 minutes longer to get to Glasgow airport than it does for me to get to manchester. Even though Newcastle airport is only 35 minutes away i think its well worth the Extra 2 hour drive each way to save £600.
Not only that but i have booked a hotel in renfrew the night before we leave with free transfers to and from the airport and 8 nights carparking. All for £40.
The travel agent told me it was cheaper to go from Scotland as the Easter holidays finish on easter monday so its not classed as "prime time "?. But generally flying out of glasgow is cheaper anyway.
So 1 to remember if you have an option to get to glasgow check out the prices from there.
Kevin

Hire a car and take a drive to Caminito del Rey and El Chorro, north into the mountains, stunning place.

Cheers Brooksy I was googling places and things to do over there.
But this is a little bit to far to go from majorca. That is on the mainland I think   .
Raj might take the trip though,
Kevin.
