Resolution

Sat Dec 31, 2016 8:17 am

What new year resolution are you thinking of. Or don't you bother knowing you'll be breaking it
I need to get fitter as the years are starting to show. As I don't lift heavy stuff or run I feel like I'm seizing up.
Time to take up my running again for starters :)
There is also the redecorating of the whole house, fitting a bathroom and try and get some time away in my van 8-)
Let's hope next year allows me some time to get there

Any ideas what you will be doing?

Yay! If you start running again and if you have a recent smart phone get free Strava app. It will record your times and distance on a map. Start slow!
My only resolution is keep my running up every other day.
Oh and get 50 on a 6 yard card, it cant be that difficult!

And I nearly didnt say anything in keeping with the forum's unwritten rule that we will not criticize spelling mistakes ... but Outandabout's Freudian slip with 'colonate' on the parakeet thread instead of 'colonize' did make me smile.

I will keep my resolution at 1080 X 1020, it seems to work fine.
