Best thing I ever did. Living next to Luton Airport it reduced the noise at night far more than double glazing.

What about parking a truck on the runway?

Me, it will be completely re fitting the bathroom, Finland for a week in December and Goa for three weeks in January, then hopefully relaxing in Feb and looking forward to March and the lighter nights.

I would board the windows living in Luton!

I plan to redecorate the flat over the winter, bathroom is 99% finished, master bedroom is next. Most of the prep work is done, should get it finished over the weekend if I can find a pasting table! Then the kitchen, just the walls to smooth and paint. Then the living room! paper has been bought but paint & carpet colour are TBC. Not bothering with the second bedroom as the kids write on the wall! sorry create art

Plan to do some studying over the winter months. Also intend to spend lots of time at a new local range - although its outside it's heated and got lots of lighting.
