To cut it down, or not!

Climbing Hydrangia all over the garage,
Willow tree needs its fringe cutting.......
I say to the wife, "i need to clear those gutters, and the Garage, and trim the Willow"
she says, "why, it looks nice"
I say "but it's damagi........"
"leave it alone, it's fine" came the reply. :roll:

I need backup guys

What should i do?
listen to the wife, or just go for it :mrgreen:

Have a look in the attic space too check it hasnt found a way in if it has a severe pruning is in order.
