One of my staff has been picked for the third time over the last12 years. I don't know anyone else who has .
Now the lady in question is not the sharpest tool in the box and has had learning difficulties...not that it matters or does it!!!

Never had to do it mate.
However, here's a tip. Prior to the Court commencing you all sit in the same room waiting to be picked or discharged.
When the Clerk of Court walks in, ask the person next to you LOUDLY, "What did the little gypo Shite do this time then"?
