Good evening Julian
I am so very sorry to learn of your illness, I do sincerely hope that you are on the road to recovery or at the very least through the crisis.
No you have had received any number of anecdotes, but, for what it may be worth I shall add one more. I had a close colleague in my distant UK days who also suffered daily from the most terrible migraines, I witnessed him being physically sick with pain on numerous occasions.
After years of seeing doctors etc. he attended a specialist, private clinic in London (I seem to recall in Harley Street). After several months of testing and diagnosis he was put on a gluten free diet, his attacks subsided considerably.
Get well soon.

Having suffered in the past I know how serious it can be. I went through a spell over a number of weeks where I was suffering from bad migraine attacks, most of the time I had a blind spot and was either being sick or felt sick. Doctors didn't have a clue and still don't know to this day what it was or why it cleared up.
It's a horrible condition and I wish you well mate ;)
