Years ago when whilst fishing I found myself running out of food to eat. The answer was to open my spare tins of corn and munch on them.
Well I have found myself in the same situation whilst out and about and ended up eating a small jar of peanut butter with chocolate bits in.
I must say I did enjoy getting the last bit out with my longest finger

Nothing wrong with peanut butter. Try it on hot toast, it tastes great.
