Well now the shooting season is well underway Mrs G and i are enjoying some lovely meals. Tonight was Pheasant Breast stuffed with Haggis, wrapped in Bacon with a Whisky and cream sauce served with Mashed potatoes, Turnip and Carrots. Yum Yum. Simple and quite quick as well its one of our favourites at this great time of year.
Another 100 bird day this Saturday in the Borders. Can't wait

Now that I am jealous of! I developed a shell fish allergy about five years back and that now sounds like a killer meal

Hmmmmm I rather thought that Pat set this off to be a homage to the natural harvest and natures bounty currently available
I had pigeon breasts the other night, I really should call her by her proper name mind! Kath!
Aye Pat sounds nice, been away matey so not been in contact and in a signal dead zone and as you know following an incident last year I don't advertise my absences
