I tried to watch the game tonight for the first time in a very long time since I've watched an England game and I managed exactly 14 mins. Football no longer interests me. As far as I'm concerned they are over-payed arseholes who's ego's are bigger than the posh cars they all drive around in. It wasn't 10 mins into the game before someone was mouthing off to one of the officials and after watching numerous World Cup rugby games the respect between the players and officials is worlds apart.

I read a good quote the other day and it fully summed it up for me.

The difference between football and rugby? One is 90 mins pretending to be injured and the other is 80 mins pretending your not.

Got to admit, I've never been a football watcher, but rugby now, that's a different ball game :D ;)
