Pneumonia is not amusing, I had the dubious pleasure once and don't wish it again, rest, rest and a tad more rest, it really does take it out of you.
Just put your prices up 25% after you are fully recovered, the quality of your work merits it and the queue won't get any shorter ;)

Im resting but I keep having set backs. Its one step forward and two steps back. I woke with acute back pain this morning, really sharp pain when taking a breath. Im at the docs on monday morning, so I was torn between getting a doctor out or riding it out until monday. I shall see how I feel tomorrow.
