This doesn't demonstrate a very well thought out design and certainly nothing new in
its operating layout. Sure it might be accurate, but what does it offer over anything else
that's already out there ?

Put these features in a bullpup design and I will pay attention to it.
Reload bolt lever above the pistol grip to aid better economy of movement,
ambidextrous by a plate and slide mechanism going between the cylinder and barrel,
so the bolt lever could be switched L to R.
The mag placed lower and load from the top of the cylinder mag to allow this.
A complete roll over cheek piece, adjustable pistol grip positions and sizing,
a sturdy rail platform for optics, underside/side fore grip rails, steel threaded
inserts at key points for sling mounts, synthetic stock and to be able to operate
whilst wearing gloves.

and somewhere too fit a satellite dish ;)

The Vulcan is certainly heading in the right direction with regards to the bullpup, I do like it,
but that stock is letting it down. No sling points, rails.
Taipan mutant, again the bolt reload is right at the back,no sling points, rails.
The wood stock doesn't do it.
How many air gunners hunt? Bipods, night optics, lights, slings all seem to be
a common accessory for hunting these days, and yet seldom is there a stock
to accomodate.
By example look at the AR15 platform, there is an infinite choice of stock furniture and
accessorys available. A design from the 60s and its still going.
For all the advancements in tooling and materials, things are still a wee bit behind.

I`d say the AR platform`s longevity (like the 1911) is a testament to it`s superior design & not a slight on later ones!
like the 1911, there are others out there that are maybe superior, just not as popular or maybe as readily available, although the CZ75 is I quote from another website- it is the most common pistol in use worldwide by military and law enforcement organizations.
I fired one CZ75 (in Saudi Arabia) lovely pistol to shoot (target only gents) but too dangerous for my tastes. others tried the AR15`s at the range, I declined!

My comparison to the AR15 and its longevity was the options available
to make it task specific to each individual.
If this was passed over to an air rifle whereby the stock was an adaptable platform to add or
remove a component part, a butt stock or fore grip, rails etc, this would
surely accommodate shooters better, than instead having to drill that wood stock
to fit sling studs, or send it away for someone to jigsaw the cheek piece out to
make it adjustable, gaffa tape your surefire to the the underside of foregrip and so on.
In general with regards to air rifle designs, Bullpups or otherwise, there just seems to be a slow
and limited progression, with Bullpups its the operating layout and the most its the stocks.
The pulsar just seems to be another of many, lacking in what could be so much more.
