Anyone ever used party poppers to shoot at?
I sometimes buy those exploding reactive target discs, but at £10 for 10 (eg: a £1 each) they are not cheap!
Then I saw a neat little party popper target, where you insert a party popper and attached cord and you shoot a target (metal) and it pulls the cord and activates a party popper. BANG!

Then I checked and you can get a bag of 50 party poppers (ebay and amazon) which works out about 8p each, so very cheap reactive target?

Anyone else used em as targets?

Re: Party poppers?
I might try them instead of a candle shoot after our easter fun comp. It might pee off the guy who sweeps up though.

Re: Party poppers?
Raj on here had one made from a metal block. The party popper was dropped into it and you hit the gold foil on the shaft to set it off. It was good fu and harder to hit than the eBay affair
