As per normal the RSPCA have no clue they think that they are above the law. How many animal 's are put down by them?when there is no need for it to happen.
Yet here they are butting there noses into business that they should keep well out off ,THEY ARE NOT A POLITICAL PARTY and should keep well out of it.

thing is that if an unlicenced car drives run over a cat do they want a change in the law ?
no there is no chance they will get it .
