S410f silencer

Hi just purchased an air arms silencer but it doesn't seem to be performing aswell as I though doesn't seem quite and abit of what looks to be blue fishing line is hanging out half way down .. any help please thankyou

If you are not happy with it, and it's new, take it back, if it's second hand or you got it cheap, take it apart. Rog

Please someone help me .. where do I get the parts to rebuild it do you reuse them but just change the felt padding ??

There is a lot of videos on YouTube showing you how too dissemble and repack aa silencers using simple hair curlers :)

So just unscrew both ends replace hair curlers and new padding ?

Poundland do sets of velcro type curlers. (They're £1!)
I used the smaller size to build a moderator then put the rest into charity.

You may find that the ends are loctited on, use a hair dryer too warm the ends if it is the case.

And what's the best material to use for padding I've been told the scouring pad I scrub pans with
