Hi All
Quick starter for ten.
What is a good but not too expensive scope to top my soon to arrive :D (I hope) :o HFT 500.
I have a couple of options available, and thinking my Falcon 4-18X44 SFP would sit pretty and may be good introduction model for HFT.
Any thoughts.

Thanks

Brennan

It's hard to give advise like that as your eyes are different to mine.

I hunt so I like the side focus . best
look through as many as possible to see which suite you .

I've been really impressed by the Hawke Vantage 3-12 x 44 SF Half Mildot on my HFT 500. Compares very well with my Sightron S111 10 x 42 and a third of the price.

Ive just got a hawke airmax 30 sf 4-16 50, and its really nice, super bright clear image and ultra fine reticle, really un fussy sight picture even at daft mags and close range, i can plant 8 pellets in a .22 hole a 20 yards, its improved my accuracy by around 30%, comes with an illuminated reticle flip lense covers a sun shade and side wheel

The best advice you shall receive, do heed it, next up get along to your local HFT club where the members will be only too happy to let you try their kit and help you decide optics wise.
