Got a severe leaking problem with my 410
Filled up as normal too 210bar has ive a ben taylor reg fitted
but has ive locked bottle off and opened bleed valve. Air blew straight through bleed valve
then stopped and preeceded to escape vía breathe hole for regulatfor
Sounds like Mr taylors reg. Has failed me for the second time.
What i would like to no is replacing the seals on the reg.
A job i could manage and save me about £90.
I can take my 410 apart blindfolded. But i havent a clue when ir comes to the regulator
thanks
alan

Bloody hell Alan, you make it hard work.

Firstly, where do you live? It isn't on your profile.

Secondly, where is the Ben Taylor reg? In the cylinder? And why does a BTAS reg allow a 210 bar fill on a cylinder rated at 190 bar?

I have opened and re-assembled a couple of regs in my time ... changed seals. I have doe a Tench (Tweaky) and the Altaros reg. They are simple enough in construction. The killer is re-setting them to the pressure they are meant to put out. Without the appropriate equipment, all you can do is be very careful about noting how they are set before you strip it and return it as near as possible to the original when you re-assemble.
Can be done. :)

And a fill presure of 210 bar. Which returns me about 120 shots
all at 11.4ft in 22 its beautiful to shoot
but this will be the second time a seal has let me down

I have a ben taylor reg and i only fill to 200 bar. I have never had it fail.
Not long ago i had new it overhauled as they are a bitch to get right.
good luck if you do manage it.

Are they similar to the Rapid regulator? If so, maybe the stroke is too long and this allows over pressure, hence the seals blowing.
