A quick introduction...

Evening all!

My name's John and i've just bought my first air rifle after years away from the sport.
I've picked up an S410f Carbine in .22 and I've already started the long process of modding it to perfection with the addition of an MPR trigger, and Hawke Sidewinder 30 to complement it. I was looking at Custom Stock.co.uk however after seeing the work of Geordie I'm sure I'll be PM'ing him for a quote once I have the prerequisite posts to do so!

Cheers,
John

I was angling for .177 as it's what I know from the old Feinwerkbau 300s I used to shoot, but thats what Ronnie Sunshines had in stock second hand and when I picked it up it blew the Brocock compatto I was about to buy out the water and was about half the price!
I was actually headed in there thinking I would come away with a Hatsan Gladius, how wrong could I be

Does anyone know if the Carbine will fit the classic air tube? It seems to be a known mod amongst the US FAC owners, but their barrels seem significantly longer! (Presumably to push it towards being FAC)

Hi there, yes the classic cylinder will fit the carbine, but the barrel will then be rather short, so you might want to change the barrel also, and yes longer barrels can produce more ooomph. Rog

I shall certainly do my best to attend! I'm currently based up in lincolnshire with work - however this is where my family are and I spend weekends when I can while I'm without a car so I shall see what I can do.
