Serial number.

Sun Feb 12, 2017 10:53 am

Hello all. *New member alert*. I have recently got into airgunning and last week purchased a new S400. I'm currently filling in the warrant card and need the serial number. There's a number on the air cylinder and one on the right that's stamped into the metal under the breach. Can anyone tell me which one is the serial number?

Many thanks,

Tony.

Hi,

.... and welcome to the forum. Serial number is the second one you mention i.e near the bolt handle. The one on the cylinder is usually the date of manufacture (DOM) of the cylinder itself plus other stuff about max fill pressures.

I'd have to get the boss to sign off on that before I made a commitment. ;)
