cocking handle

Tue Feb 24, 2015 6:40 pm

Got a very nice s400 today, its a carbine with full length cylinder, fac barrel band and air stripper, well pleased with it :D

What makes the bolt jump when the rifle is shot? is there any ay of tightening things up???

Thanks, Wez

No it has a normal carbine barrel, only the fac barrel band, its larger for the air stripper to fit through..

My s400's bolt jumps a little on firing and has done it since new, i think its just air pressure between the bolt probe and pellet

Could be it needs a new o ring between the cocking handle and the action if the movement is excessive, my 410's bolt has never moved on firing to my knowledge. I could just be unobservant though ;)

I use a windows resizer... https://imageresizer.codeplex.com/

I set it to 800 x 600 pixels and resize the image I want to upload.

I then use the upload attachment at the bottom of the posting page and browse for the file I just resized...
