Is this AA depinger or what?

Hi all,

I was about to install reg. in my AA S510 and pulled this out of the cylinder:





It looks like the depinger thingy to me but this is a new rifle.
Does the depinger come preinstalled now or is this something else?

That is a de pinger for definite. No idea if they are installed as standard though, but I can't see why not.

Then it seems that AA started installing those as standard-

Only problem is, they PIA to get out and then back in when you want to properly clean the cylinder.

You shouldnt need to clean the cylinder, if your getting anything in there summats wrong

Your MPR shouldn't have a de-pinger, mine doesn't
