There is no set test procedure.
A "Test House" will have it's own written procedure that it must follow. That procedure can be anything it wants. The results will be submitted to the Court and the Court will make it's decision.
"Test Houses" will also differ in their procedures so really it's impossible to say how a gun will be tested.
