Fx No Limits adjustable scope rings

Just before the crash of the old AAOC I was about to post my impressions regarding these scope rings I purchased not long ago.
Having a Hawke Sidewinder IR 30, I really loved the use of the extra 2'' parallax wheel given with the scope but I had to make some annoying compromises.
I had to insert the 10 rnd magazine of my s510 in an awkward angle (risking several times to bend or brake the spring of the indexing post) or I had to move my scope from the ideal eye relief distance.
I know I could just buy some risers but....these rings can do much more than that...

Here are some photos!
You can see that loading the magazine (while keeping the scope at an eye relief distance) is not a problem any more!
*There was a reason for my bubble level to be in the last photo.Did anybody notice the inclination of my scope?

Yes,it is an absolute joy to use this pair of rings for long distance shooting.
I just need to loosen a bit the two (big) screws, tilt my scope with my thumbs (the rings HOLD!) and shoot!
When I am close to the target I tighten them again and make the micro adjustments with the scope turrets.
It is very practical and quick when outdoors!

I reckon a micrometer measuring fore & aft the mag slot would give a more accurate result than that wee bead!
juss sayin like.

Hey!Good to see you back in the new aaoc!
You are right. There are other/better ways to resolve the magazine/sidewheel thing!
The primary reason for using this particular pair of rings is their...other capabilities...

The arrows in the photo show a third allen bolt above the ones' that secure the mount to the rail. This is the lock bolt for the height adjustment.
When I want to shoot at long ranges (wich is something I often do) I can keep a bit loose this screw (both in front&rear ring) while the mounts are held rigid.(They don't flip arround as one might think!)
I can make now an approximate vertical adjustment at that distance (the tongue/groove friction keeps my scope in place) shoot and readjust...
When satisfied,I can tighten the 2 screws and make the final adjustments with the scope turrets.
:) :) :)

Something I forgot to mention:
They do not have windage,
and they have no way to do micro adjustments like the Sportsmatch (the sportsmatch have a screw to elevate or lower the mount in very small increments).
It is extremely difficult at these distances to have repeatable results with my rings, but what is important for me however is that when outdoors they made my long distance shootings a simple (and quick) procedure.
