I'm afraid that it looks like nothing at all will stop these Holyrood clowns from going ahead with this.

Reason appears to be the last thing they would listen to. They had the power devolved, they will use it, come what may.

Stupidity at its best when coming form Counselors and politicians.

You lay the facts on the table and show them that Air gun crime is almost none existent.

There is more crime and misuse done in cars, will they ban cars absolutely not..... they make to much TAX from it.
There are more deaths and injury's done wile driving cars than any guns.


Alcohol misuse, leads to more crime,injures and violence than air guns,,, will they ban Alcohol no way...... they make to much bloody TAX from it.

Licencing Air guns will close down shops put people out of work, this will cost the Scottish government more money in unemployment. shooting clubs will close due to the hassle of licencing and air gunners will give up the sport as of licencing.

Stupidity at it's best, The thing is your village idiot will not care about licencing he will still own the air rifle and still use unlawfully.
The decent law abiding air gunner whom used the club will most likely give up the sport due to licencing.
