Rats

Sun Dec 18, 2016 7:41 am

Going by Geordies thread there are a few places where high number of rat roam. I have a few down the stables but you never see them.
The muck in the stables goes on a compost heap and the straw gets burnt. Its pretty clean and tidy down there.

Have you got anywhere that produces big rat numbers?

Iused too too have a a rat shooting permission a few years ago it was a pig farm it was far from tidy
Stale bread was delivered almost daily far more than he could use so there would be stacks of bread everywhere.
It was free so he just kept taking it rather than telling them he had enough for a while the result of that was rats everywhere, terrible for him great for me :)
The farm has gone :( its now a housing estate.
