The hardest bit is getting yourself known. Could you do some beat days or help out in any way.

Just keep at it...if your not insured get some.turn up well dressed no camo.print of a few permission slips ready for signing.buy a map of the area so farm boundaries can be marked out if permission is given.
The first perm is the hardest too come by .

Do not know if you have tried or thought of it? Sometimes a well placed/worded add in a local shop or freeadds offering free pest control can help.

Find the fields with rabbits eating the farmers crops, then offer your services.

My first permission was a single field that a woman kept horses in. The rabbits were digging into the field and the woman was worrried her horses may step in the holes and hurt themselves. This soon turned into quite a large area as the woman told her friends about how i was getting rid of the rabbits in the field, and i was asked shoot the rabbits on their land, around the 1st field.
My point being - try some smaller options dont just target farms. When you do get your 1st permission others will follow i am sure.
