Went ratting Friday night. Got a good dozen or so between the two of us . It was a really cold night with a few snow showers with thunder and lightening thrown in

We were just South of Berwickand must have been right on the Southern edge of the snow showers as it was raining when we got back to Newcastle!

Good night though! :D

Ooops, forgot to say,......when we got there the farmer asked us to clear some ferals from his workshop. What a mess!!! Shit everywhere including the bird shite  It was an easy job as they didnt see us with the NV kit. Dropped around 14 or so. Martin will be pleased next time we see him.

Funny thing is.....he said he didn't mind the pigeons when he first gave us the shoot :?

Cold wind maybe but the rabbits are at it like rabbits! Plenty of mating going on and lots of activity in the late afternoon. I did sit out for an hour with the PS and do a bit of plinking. I definitely need some practice!
