At last

Wed Sep 23, 2015 6:36 pm

Hello again chaps ;) Not posted on here for a while due to a lack of time and generally not having a lot to say what with not getting out shooting and all that  Anyway got back from a short break in Norfolk to find the walnut trees in the farmyard have been taking a bit of a hammering from our four legged furry friends, well if that wasnt enough reason to dust off the old R10 for a bit of sport then I dont know what is  The upshot of it (no pun intended) was that after half an hour sitting about before dusk I got my first grey of the autumn with a nice clean headshot from about 35 yards away at the top of one the trees and judging by the commotion it caused in the trees above me it wont be the last :)

Good shot. The colour is an evolutionary ploy to make pre coloured paint brushes for artists working in pastels. The massive growth of arts and craft stores provided a bandwagon for evil squirrel.

Thanks chaps, the odd colouration has a very simple explanation.... I've started washing my pellets, the only problem was I forgot to put a "colour catcher" in with my last load and my camo gear obviously ran
