Annual Meet 2015

Sat Mar 21, 2015 2:55 pm

This year we will be having a summer meet in Higham on the hill nr Nuneaton Warwickshire. It will be our first meet to take place in the summer and wont be the usual night and day HFT. Instead we will have a fun shoot and informal plinking range. The meet will be all about having fun, meeting and greeting. August the 1st and 2nd is the date thats set and will not change.

With a bonfire to keep us warm and a BBQ for the hungry it would be proper glamping  ...bring and share works well as we have always done.

2 toilets will be on site and i have arranged for a caterer to make full English breakfasts on the Sunday morning as well as tea and coffee. Please pay when you order.

Cost for the shooting and camping will be £20 per person, OAP £15 and children free again we will collect on the day.

Raffle prizes can be given to members of the Admin team before hand and during the weekend. Raffle tickets will be on sale over the weekend.

This years charity will be for the air-ambulance

Are we going to have to commit to the meet in advance or is there an opportunity to provisionally say yes I might be in? I'd love to join you all but with it being mid harvest it kind of depends on weather, crops being ready, machinery breakdowns and the position of mercury in relation to Saturn's various moons according to the Mayan calendar and of course what my dryed seaweed decrees 8-)
