Sorry if this is in the wrong section but I've just joined.
I've recently come back to airguns after a 20 year break. The last one being a Fac venom Hw80. On returning to the hobby i have bought a Walther Rm8 and yesterday purchased a Tx 200 hc in 177. OMG! the tx is a beautiful beast indeed and I've topped it with a Nikko Sterling 6-24 x50 diamond scope. Can't wait to zero it over the weekend and have some AA field to try first.
I am thinking of fitting a sling so any experience of you chaps would be appreciated. Many thanks Jon
Welcome to the AAOC. There was a thread on here a while back about fitting a sling. I cant for the life of me think where it was. If you ask in the general section somebody may point it out or be able to help. There a quite a few tx owners on here.
Thankyou for that Kevin. I've sorted a sling out by fitting a Bisley13.5 mm clamp to the undelever so hopefully if I'm careful it won't open whilst it's on my shoulder. Looking forward to getting it zeroed this weekend.
Welcome to forum, enjoy your TX, wish I still had mine

Thanks for the welcome chaps. I drive a Fuel Tanker so hence the name. Well I've Zeroed the tx today and all i can say is Wow!! Thought i would struggle with my grouping after using my pcp but i didn't at all really. With my trigger stick and a loose grip i have to say I've found it fantastic and i must admit it was refreshing not to have to recharge . Liberating really
