Hello From Alabama (USA)

I happened across your older site many moons ago, but did not own an Air Arms product at the time, so I moved on. Now, I will be receiving a sweet TX200 MKIII from Mrs Santa, so I searched out your site once again... I was surprised at how much it had changed, this before reading the plight of the forum owner who has been trying to recoup the "old" site... Hopefully, for all of you veteran Air Arms forum members, the site can at least be saved as a none working archive, in that you can visit the information, but not add to it... much better than losing it all.
I digress, my name is Johnnie, and I come from Alabama (USA). I am lucky enough to live in a location that has two beautiful field target sites, one run by David Slade, and the other by Roz Sumpter. These sites are frequented by Brad Troyer and Harold Rushton... you may or may not know them by name, but they are quite involved in the sport and hobby or air guns. Me? I am rather a newby, only re-discovering airguns a short few years ago. Since my return, I have mainly shot some Crosman pump pistols, and the Benjamin Marauder, and now venturing into the springer world with a sub 12fpe rifle. The TX200 was originally purchased by Brad Troyer from England, and he had the rifle imported. He has tuned the trigger and action, and maintained the rifle in sub 12fpe form. This is due in part that he is an avid WFTF shooter in the sport.
As Christmas comes to pass, I will post more info about my rifle, and my plans for it... Right now, I am gathering what I need to shoot Hunter field target here in the US, and shooting a springer at sub 12fpe should be a wonderfully sweet challenge. Cheers! More when I know more, in the meantime, I will keep browsing the rest of the new Air Arms forum.
