Hi All

I'm from the Rhondda, South Wales.

Bought my first PCP gun last week, and its the S410, tried it out at the range on Saturday, and it shoots great apart from me juddering  , twice it needed filled my nephew did it for me, I've read the instructions concerning the filling, and watched it being done on youtube then I came across your forum, so I'm hoping to learn more about the rifle and the filling.

welcome, filling the rifle is easy. a picture paints a thousand words, just watch your nephew, ask him to explain what he is doing and why.
but here goes:
1 remove the cap on the end of rifle,
2 the rifle has a T bar, line the fill adaptor with the T bar, then push it on and then twist 90 degrees
3 fill the rifle max 190 bar
4 release the presure built up in the the hose between cylinder/rifle by opening the bleed valve
5 remove the adaptor, replace the cap on rifle. your ready

hello and welcome :)

if you run the rifle too 50 bar or below the cylinder will dump the remaining air, if this happens you will need too cock the rifle too allow the cylinder too fill

Also don't rely on the guns gauge. Always go by the bottle ;)

Thank you all for your kind advice and information, I think my nephew was looking after me because I was new to using one, he has told me about the make safe mag off, and the carrying of it with the mag off, we were shooting at his club the quarry near Aberkenfig.
