Thanks for the kind thought Falconhoof; Davy did the honours.
He & BBF organised some good comps.
Undaunted by the cool wind, this was a lively meet with a good friendly atmoshere. Small IS beautiful.
Great to see the Swansea Swan again & many other old AAOC mates.
Thanks Ray BBF, Davy T., Mick & Shirl + all attendees.
Fair stands the wind to France, possibly, next year I hear.

AAOC Meet 2017
Re: AAOC Meet 2017
We also had a surprise visit from Lisa off the old AAOC. Granville spent Saturday with us ... And the shy Captain Bongo and the one and only Raymondo.
Special thanks also to a very generous raffle prize from Julian.

Re: AAOC Meet 2017
thank you to everyone who attended the meet this year , although attendance was lower than last year this one was one of the best I've been to .
the last year for me has been very difficult and seeing some old friends (especially Brian , Ray and Davy) has help me sooo much . Sunday morning was the first time in 18 months that I've woken up and not had thoughts of self harm .
sorry , i know you don't really want to hear shit like this but its Mental health awareness week and i want to stand up and say i'm suffering with mental health issues. its no longer a taboo issue with me now . so fellas if you're suffering don't hide it , tell someone and get some help. i should have done it 25 years ago when Sam died but being a "bloke" its wasn't the thing to do .
a special thanks to Ray , Davy and Mick for organizing an excellent meet ,also i'd like to thank Air Arms and anyone else who donated prizes. another thank you to Ray and me for making the delicious breakfast baps , absolutely first class food.
take care all and see you at the next meet .

Top man and it takes a real man too stand up and speak freely about something most of us would not admit too.

Let's face it Raj, with my shooting talents the only thing I ever had a chance of winning was the raffle....
Thank you all for a great weekend, especially Ray and Davy for the fantastic effort they put in to it.

That must have been really difficult to write Julian. Well done!
We're all here for you mate, and don't forget, if it wasn't for your help and kindness, the AAOC and this weekends meet wouldn't have happened.
Thanks Julian, it's a pleasure to be in your company.........see you at the next one
