AA S400/410 complete trigger unit

Tue May 03, 2016 8:19 pm

New to this forum but have been a BBS chap for a while. Thought I'd go direct to the AA forum as the BBS has not provided on this occasion. :)
I am looking for the above so as to attempt a decent polish and tune up without risking the one on the rifle... :?

Thanks.

I would save your money as you can't go wrong. Take the plate of the side trigger block. You will now see the contact point on the Sears. Using a small amount of chrome cleaner like autosol, you will be able to polish the contact points.

Sounds simple enough. Does the polishing not run the risk of 'rounding off' the nice crisp edges?

Cheers for the reply.

Put the autosol on a cloth covered piece of wood. You can then polish without rounding off.
