A little practice

Just fitted a JM tool steel cocking shoe to the latest MarkII. It dropped right in with no need to file or sand down. Gave me just a tiny bit more lock up as I can just feel the breech seals touch the barrel as the cocking arm pops into the detent. Don't think it was needed, but I have several to spare and these will not break. I tried some FT work on a .75" KZ set out at 43 yards. The wind was light and it was pretty easy to drop. Definitely not a gimme shot.
