Today I receive spare parts and now it is clear why this gun had problems with trigger block wear.

As I doubt top sear is faulty.
It was grabing from the piston rod only with faulty formed 45 angled section. See pictures, correct top sear behind.

One question still remains. Why this gun had that kind of top sear ?

Anyone's guess, a poor casting?. Whilst quality control / inspection can realistically only go so far I am surprised that this one escaped as in this area it can easily be a dangerous oversight.
