TX200 Tinbum Kit

Sun Mar 13, 2016 3:46 pm

I have just fitted the basic guide and top hat from Tinbum under the watchful eye of the man himself at our club meet. The feel and sound of the rifle changed immediately and the average on our mandatory chrono after modification came out as 10.98 which is just right for me. Loads of factory applied grease to remove from the internals but all back together and working well. Thanks Nick - good stuff!

And you did it all in, what? Eight, ten minutes?

Its good to see other people fitting and testing the kits, it gives me an idea of any tweeks needed in design or the instructions.
This coming weekend is the Springer Bash near Nuneaton, theres no end of people I will be watching fit my kits while I drink beer and criticise! :D

Didn't take long and half the time was wiping the excess grease off my hands. Hope the 'outing' went well.
