I have a ProSport and a TX200 HC. Both have, from new, what I would describe a "sloppy" fit between pins and cocking links. RFD says it's normal. Maybe that's because he can't be bothered to deal with it. I've cured most of it by making tiny bushes from thin shim steel. Really fiddly, but makes the rifles feel a hole lot more refined.
My question: Is this a PS/TX trait?

Re: ProSport & TX200 HC pin fit?
No, it's not normal. When I remove the e-clip on some of my guns, I have to use a pin punch to get the pin out. Others are easy to remove, but with no play in them. I would also mention that some of my TX's have been cocked over 100,000 times. I keep the pins well lubed with a high moly content grease. You could order a new pin and see if it's the pin or the hole.
