Are AA barrels choked?

Can anyone tell me if the Lothar Walther barrels in the S4xx series are choked?
I've been doing some comparisons between my S400 and HW110, which show marked differences in the trajectories for the same pellets - much more than can be accounted for by differences in muzzle velocities. The trajectory differences for different pellet types don't seem to relate to whether each gun "likes" or "dislikes" the pellet as far as grouping is concerned, It's clear that the ballistics coefficients of the pellets are being modified by the barrels in different ways. Does anyone have any explanations/theories?
