Cocking issue

Thu Jul 06, 2017 7:12 pm

Evening all,
So, I was sat in the woods earlier running a pellpax thru my s410 classic, half way through the pack, about to fire the second shot of a 5 shot group, went to cock the bolt but it wouldn't pull back, it'll rotate up and down but not back, feels locked solid.
I wait a few minutes and it frees itself so I'm able to continue.
A further 25 shots later it does it again?
Any ideas as to what could be wrong?
Fill pressure was 175. I shot down to 150 and topped up.

I only had 2 sets of targets to finish off but didn't want to screw the rifle up. Plus I had no tools on me.

Has anyone experienced this before?

Thanks.

Sounds like screw on end of loading bolt needs tightening up, bit of loctite should sort it. Rog
