You don't need to take filling valve body off, unscrew fill valve and refit with 0-ring seal over threads, when you screw it back it will sit in recess of fill valve body. You might find that there is already an 0-ring there, take it out. Rog

is your cylinder flared at the end ?

I don't think so, but there is obviously something not right, is there a way to check the cylinder?

a metal ruler up against the end of the cylinder will show if its straight or flared .

If the cylinder is flared would that still cause the filler valve to leak, I would of thought the leak would of been between the cylinder and the valve body?? If the cylinder is flared at the end.

The leak is from the filler valve where it screws into the filler body, I have checked and replaced all the seals, I'm completely out of ideas
