Leaking filler valve

I originally had an air leak on my S410 from the filler valve ( new style T-bar valve) which I have now serviced with a filler valve service kit. The seals were replaced with care and attention and I used a little silicone oil on each seal to lubricate it prior to fitting the seals.
However the leak still persists albeit a very slight one.
The rifle is a 2011 model so could the filler valve assembly just be knackered and in need of replacement.

Did you replace the spring as well as the seals ?

Yes sorry, thought I'd metioned the spring, it was the complete service kit spring and seals.
It appears its leaking from the threads where the filler valve screws into the end of the cylinder, would adding a couple of wraps of pfte tape be ok ??

Where the filler valve screws into the filler valve body, should there be two o-rings ?

The leak is from the filler valve where it screws into the filler valve body.

No, there is only one o- ring, it sits in the fill valve body, it is sometimes hard to see if you don't know what you are looking for, but it should be there,it's S484. Rog

Guys can this o-ring be replaced with the filler valve body in place, or should I remove the filler valve body from the cylinder ??

you'll need to unscrew the fill valve body (S491) to fit o ring RN234 . you can leave the t bar in place .
