I'm not quite that cynical ;) , but I've tried several air strippers (although not the legendary UKNeil variety) on 6 different guns, including an S200. I'm not the best shot in the world, and I only tested up to 45 yards, but my conclusion was that, for me, they were useless at best. None of them improved anything, but unless they were perfectly adjusted, they really opened up my groups. They certainly changed POI, but I could detect no difference in muzzle velocities.

As usual, if you're thinking of getting one, I strongly suggest you try before you buy!

ISSF have banned them for the Olympic type sports (barrel extension tubes cannot have any perforations or internal components) so they must have some advantage. They are the world's leaders for stifling innovation that might help accuracy. CO2 pistols suffer most from rear turbulence and my old Czech pistol had a stripper like an Artillery piece!

Sure. The rifle is regulated and the shots will be rested so the results should speak for themselves.

I use a rowan stripper & an standard AA mod depending on shooting situations but i get the same groups with both to be honest but i prefer the stripper looks & the crack it gives.
