Has anyone devised a way of marking the 10 shot magazine on the s410 to indicate when it empty or has only one or two shots left?
eg: putting a mark on the mag itself?

I drill through the back of the mag, then you can see light coming through empty chambers, I also block one chamber off, which means I can't close the bolt when it gets to it. Rog

Hi,

One of the mag chambers has a red mark next to it.

Thanx for the tips...

Roger how big do you drill the holes, eg: drill bit size, couple of mm, etc? and what do you use to block one hole?
Not sure I want to block off one hole as that reduces shot count by one.

Mark, what did you use to put a red mark on the mag, eg: paint?

Thanx again... 8-)

The red mark is already on the mag.

You only need a hole large enough to let a small amount of light through, don't make it that a pellet can fall through and I block one hole with a self tapping Allan grub/set screw, loads cheap off amazon, I do this so that I don't shoot just air at rabbits, no point putting the wind up them, is there, but if your just plinking or paper shooting, then of course there's no need. Hmmm. All of my mags, both .177 and .22 have had red dots. It's mentioned in the user manuals for the rifles also.
