reasons to bring back vinyl albums #1

Thu Jun 30, 2016 6:58 pm

when I was younger I could last a couple of albums no problem, when one side finished, we`d stop, one of us would get up, turn the 33 over & we`d (slowly) start again, fantastic, then came CD`s, no breaks, good times became a marathon chore, now they`ve given us MP3`s, some of those bloody things can hold 10,000 songs!!  I`d give up at the thought of 10,000 Michael Bolton songs alone

Plus the force of the needle in the groove gives true bass, all CDs and MP3 have to simulate bass. The Linn Sondek is still the daddy of turntables and sells for astronomical money. In fact if you buy one, Linn have to install it in your home to ensure it is level and on a solid shelf.
