a visiting foreign gentleman wrote a complaint to a council regarding their public toilet facilities, ahem,-
"To whom it may concern, on using the public toilet on John St today, not until I`d finished my ablutions did I notice there was in fact no paper to clean myself, as there is only one other cubicle I`d to wait for another patron to finish, wash up & leave before I could waddle into said cubicle praying for paper I could then use, fortunately there was & my frustration ended, could you pay more attention to stocking your facilities & is there a term for my situation I could phrase in any future complaints?"
Sir, sorry for your inconvenience, & for future reference, it`s called a Prince Charles
