Newbie TX200HC fettling
Evening all. I've recently come by a TX 200HC mk3. I've never had a proper springer, only a cheap Remington that was a birthday pressie a few years ago. So, I really don't know what I'm doing with it. I put a dozen shots through it today (nosey neighbours means noise is an issue!) and it felt quite ...

Re: TX200HC silencer adaptor
After planning my approach, looking online and comparing my lunch hours vs buying one... it should arrive in the post this week. I just want to get out and shoot!

Re: TX200HC silencer adaptor
Not trying to teach granny to suck eggs but I take it the die is just to clean up a lathe cut thread, not to start and cut the whole thread? It's the only way to ensure the thread is square and true to the adaptor/rifle bore Unfortunately the screw cutting on our lathe is non functional, and i don'...

TX200HC silencer adaptor
Evening all. So, I bought a TX200HC .177! My 1st springer... I've got a lot to learn! I do a lot of hunting and I rather like the feel of a silencer on a barrel, so I will be fitting one, I just haven't decided which one yet! I have access to a lathe and 1/2" UNF die and I would rather like to ...

You mention Cloverleaf .... Where is he these days? Give him my regards
I do mention Cloverleaf. He's helped me no end with my HW100 and we're quite good mates now. He's doing well in Oxford, keeping himself busy. I will certainly pass on your regards!

S410 .22 pellet preference
Evening all. Very new on here, please be gentle! In a week or 10 days I will get my hands on my new (to me) S410 classic in .22 flavour. I've only had a .177 HW100 before, which is incredibly pellet fussy. So a few questions... Is the S410 pellet fussy in .22? What pellet do you folks use in your .2...

Re: A new kid in town
Hi Pete Welcome to the AAOC. Great choice of gun, regardless of calibre . Dont mind the nonsense about best calibres on here. You will see a lot of best calibre threads on here. When you are used to the new calibre it will be just as devastating as a 1.77. Practice makes perfect. Kevin Cheers Kevin...

Re: A new kid in town
Thanks to the Mods for approving my post.
Cheers Brian! Well, I've always wanted to try a .22 and this is a good chance... I might well be proving you right in a few months time!

A new kid in town
Morning all. I'm Pete, and I'm an AA... or at least I soon will be. I've been struggling with a beast of an HW100 which has spurned all the love and attention that I've lavished on it. So, I spoke to Cloverleaf from the airgun forum, and he has talked me into (I didn't need much persuading!) an AA S...
