Hi, I somehow managed to get hold of a longer cylinder for my S200. I was going to sell the S200 but now that new cylinder has transformed the gun. There is still a power curve but not anywhere near as bad as with the original one. Now several of my mates want one for there S200's. I got mine from S...

Bit of a long shot as I haven't stripped my S400 yet, but is there any chance of backing the hammer spring off an eigth of a turn? If so it might help until you need to send it to a gun smith for service or repair.
